STM32F103C8T6,
JLINKV8      驱动版本7.5a
SWD模式   能不能上传程序？


现象：
J-Link connection not established yet but required for command.
Connecting to J-Link via USB...Out of sync , resynchronizing...
Out of sync , resynchronizing...
Out of sync , resynchronizing...
FAILED: Failed to open DLL


Platformio配置文件：

platform = ststm32
board = genericSTM32F103C8
framework = arduino
upload_protocol = jlink


需要如何才能装载程序？

在KEIL 上加载程序正常，没有问题！

默认应该是JTAG
