【Arduino】168种传感器系列实验（35）---模拟声音传感器

37款传感器与模块的提法，在网络上广泛流传，其实Arduino能够兼容的传感器模块肯定是不止37种的。鉴于本人手头积累了一些传感器和模块，依照实践出真知（一定要动手做）的理念，以学习和交流为目的，这里准备逐一动手试试做实验，不管成功与否，都会记录下来---小小的进步或是搞不定的问题，希望能够抛砖引玉。

实验三十五：模拟量声音传感器模块（4线制波形）


驻极体话筒
驻极体话筒也称驻极体传声器，它是利用驻极体材料制成的一种特殊电容式“声—电”转换器件。其主要特点是体积小、结构简单、频响宽、灵敏度高、耐震动、价格便宜。驻极体话筒是目前最常用的传声器之一，在各种传声、声控和通信设备（如无线话筒、盒式录音机、声控电灯开关、电话机、手机、多媒体电脑等）中应用非常普遍。电子爱好者在制作或维修各种具有“声—电”转换功能的电路时，不可避免地要跟驻极体话筒打交道，掌握驻极体话筒的识别与正确使用方法是很有必要的。

内部结构
驻极体话筒的内部结构如图所示，它主要由“声—电”转换和阻抗变换两部分组成。“声—电”转换的关键元件是驻极体振动膜片，它以一片极薄的塑料膜片作为基片，在其中一面蒸发上一层纯金属薄膜，然后再经过高压电场“驻极”处理后，在两面形成可长期保持的异性电荷——这就是“驻极体”（也称“永久电荷体”）一词的来历。振动膜片的金属薄膜面向外（正对音孔），并与话筒金属外壳相连；另一面靠近带有气孔的金属极板，其间用很薄的塑料绝缘垫圈隔离开。这样，振动膜片与金属极板之间就形成了一个本身具有静电场的电容——可见驻极体话筒实际上是一种特殊的、无需外接极化电压的电容式话筒。金属极板与专用场效应管的栅极G相接，场效应管的源极S和漏极D作为话筒的引出电极。这样，加上金属外壳，驻极体话筒一共有3个引出电极，其内部电路如图所示。如果将场效应管的源极S（或漏极D）与金属外壳接通，就使得话筒只剩下了2个引出电极。

主要参数
（1）工作电压（UDS）。这是指驻极体话筒正常工作时，所必须施加在话筒两端的最小直流工作电压。该参数视型号不同而有所不同，即使是同一种型号也有较大的离散性，通常厂家给出的典型值有1.5V、3V和4.5V这3种。
（2）工作电流（IDS）。这是指驻极体话筒静态时所通过的直流电流，它实际上就是内部场效应管的静态电流。与工作电压类似，工作电流的离散性也较大，通常在0.1～1mA。
（3）最大工作电压（UMDS）。这是指驻极体话筒内部场效应管漏、源极两端所能够承受的最大直流电压。超过该极限电压时，场效应管就会被击穿损坏。
（4）灵敏度。这是指话筒在一定的外部声压作用下所能产生音频信号电压的大小，其单位通常用mV/Pa（毫伏/帕）或dB（0dB=1000mV/Pa）。一般驻极体话筒的灵敏度多在0.5～10mV/Pa或-66～-40dB范围内。话筒灵敏度越高，在相同大小的声音下所输出的音频信号幅度也越大。
（5）频率响应。也称频率特性，是指话筒的灵敏度随声音频率变化而变化的特性，常用曲线来表示。一般说来，当声音频率超出厂家给出的上、下限频率时，话筒的灵敏度会明显下降。驻极体话筒的频率响应一般较为平坦，其普通产品频率响应较好（即灵敏度比较均衡）的范围在100Hz～10kHz，质量较好的话筒为40Hz～15kHz，优质话筒可达20Hz～20kHz。
（6）输出阻抗。这是指话筒在一定的频率（1kHz）下输出端所具有的交流阻抗。驻极体话筒经过内部场效应管的阻抗变换，其输出阻抗一般小于3kΩ。
（7）固有噪声。这是指在没有外界声音时话筒所输出的噪声信号电压。话筒的固有噪声越大，工作时输出信号中混有的噪声就越大。一般驻极体话筒的固有噪声都很小，为微伏级电压。
（8）指向性。也叫方向性，是指话筒灵敏度随声波入射方向变化而变化的特性。话筒的指向性分单向性、双向性和全向性3种。单向性话筒的正面对声波的灵敏度明显高于其他方向，并且根据指向特性曲线形状，可细分为心形、超心形和超指向形3种；双向性话筒在前、后方向的灵敏度均高于其他方向；全向性话筒对来自四面八方的声波都有基本相同的灵敏度。常用的机装型驻极体话筒绝大多数是全向性话筒。

引脚识别
驻极体话筒的引脚识别方法很简单，无论是直插式、引线式或焊脚式，其底面一般均是印制电路板，如图所示。对于印制电路板上面有2部分敷铜的驻极体话筒，与金属外壳相通的敷铜应为“接地端”，另一敷铜则为“电源/信号输出端”（有“漏极D输出”和“源极S输出”之分）。对于印制电路板上面有3部分敷铜的驻极体话筒，除了与金属外壳相通的敷铜仍然为“接地端”外，其余2部分敷铜分别为“S端”和“D端”。有时引线式话筒的印制电路板被封装在外壳内部，无法看到（如国产CRZ2-9B型），这时可通过引线来识别：屏蔽线为“接地端”，屏蔽线中间的2根芯线分别为“D端”（红色线）和“S端”（蓝色线）。如果只有1根芯线（如国产CRZ2-9型），则该引线肯定为“电源/信号输出端”。

四、用于声音检测，模块有2个输出：
1、AO，模拟量输出，实时输出麦克风的电压信号
2、DO，当声音强度到达某个阀值时，输出高低电平信号【阀值-灵敏度可以通过电位器调节】
